Shipping times according to destination:
- Spain: 3 – 5 days
- Europe: 3 – 5 days
- North America: 3 – 6 days
- Rest of the World: 4 – 8 days
Order Processing: Orders take 2-3 business days to process. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are described during checkout, except for import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs and Import Fees: Orders shipped outside the EU may incur customs or import fees, depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns: For any inquiries or to start a return, please contact us at shop@canadacanada.com.
If you wish to return a product, it must be in mint condition and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the sender, except in cases where the product has a fault.

Returns
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Devolucions
- Disposes de 30 dies naturals per a retornar un article des de la data en què el vas rebre.
- Per ser elegible per a una devolució, l’article ha d'estar sense utilitzar i en les mateixes condicions en què el vas rebre.
- L’article ha d'estar en el seu embalatge original.
- Necessitaràs el rebut, número de comanda o prova de compra.
Reemborsaments
- Una vegada que rebem l'article, l'inspeccionarem i et notificarem que l'hem rebut. Et notificarem immediatament sobre l'estat del teu reemborsament després de la inspecció.
- Si la devolució és aprovada, iniciarem el reemborsament a la teva targeta de crèdit (o mètode de pagament original). Rebràs el crèdit dins de 10 dies hàbils, depenent de les polítiques de l'emissor de la teva targeta.
Enviament
- Seràs responsable de pagar els costos d'enviament per retornar l'article. Els costos d'enviament no són reemborsables.
- Si rebs un reemborsament, el cost de l'enviament de devolució es deduirà del teu reemborsament.
